Our office building has two convenient entrances, as we’re located on the corner of Willoughby Road and Albany Street in Shop 6, 136 Willoughby Road. Plenty of free parking is available at our building, as well as the neighbouring supermarket across the street.
What You Can Expect
Most new patient appointments at MySolutions Dental Clinic consist of a comprehensive examination and 3D X-ray. Dr Chen (Dentist) will fully evaluate your intraoral and extraoral tissues, including a soft tissue and TMJ exam. This initial visit lasts about 45-60 minutes, depending on the individual. Dr Chen will ensure she takes extra time to discuss concerns and answer any questions you might have.
If you’re due for a scale and clean, we can arrange to book one for you during your first visit.
Solution-Driven Treatment Planning
Everyone’s reason for dental treatment is different. It may be that you have a painful infection, feel too embarrassed to smile in public, or financially cannot afford treatments suggested in the past. We want you to have solutions that fit your lifestyle, hence the reason behind our name.
Dr Chen will discuss all your options with you, so that you fully understand what’s available. Together, we will co-plan the best pathway to a healthier smile. No need is too complex!
Insurance and Financing
We accept a wide range of health funds and can process your claim on-the-spot via HICAPS. The CDBS is also accepted for families who qualify.
